Additional info needed when dieting...
There are so many food supplements everywhere and we all wondered how to choose among the hundreds of products on the shelf. Basically we need the multivitamins, but what is the best among the best? We all know that we need to consult our doctors before taking any medication and so with the health supplements.
Iron – is an integral part of many proteins and enzymes that maintin good health. In humans, iron is an essential component of proteins involved in oxygen transport. Usually when we are lack of Iron sooner will be having an anemia. Pregnant women have the greatest need of iron compared to non pregnant women, this us due to due to blood loss while delivering and increased blood volume during gestation.
Calcium is an important component of a healthy diet and a mineral necessary for life it plays an important role in building stronger, denser bones early in life and keeping bones strong and healthy later in life.
Vitamin D3 - helps the body to absorb the calcium we had taken. Vitamin D regulates the calcium and phosphorus levels in the blood by promoting their absorption from food in the intestines, and by promoting re-absorption of calcium in the kidneys, which enables normal mineralization of bone and prevents hypocalcemic tetany.
Taking higher dosage of vitamin D3 may help prevent breast cancer , osteoporosis ,1 diabetes, cardiovascular disease and multiple sclerosis (MS).
I believe the above dietary supplements were needed whatever diets you wants to go for whether it’s Dr. Atkins Diet, Complex Carb Diets, Cholesterol-Lowering Diet, Vegetarian Diet, Detoxification Diet, Weight Loss Diet Plan, South Beach Diet, Green Tea Diet, etc....
